TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between All-Influencer.com, operated by Julien Weiss, Uetzer Str. 5, 38536 Meinersen, Germany (hereinafter "Operator") and users of the platform (hereinafter "User").
§2 SERVICE DESCRIPTION
All-Influencer.com is a premium platform for connecting influencers with brands and companies. The Operator provides the technical infrastructure and facilitates collaboration opportunities.
§3 REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
Use of the platform requires registration. The User warrants that all provided information is truthful and complete. Membership in premium categories (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Rising Star) is subject to fees according to the current price list.
§4 PAYMENT TERMS
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance. All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered on the platform.
§5 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Each category has minimum follower requirements:
Diamond: minimum 20,000,000 followers
Platinum: minimum 10,000,000 followers
Gold: minimum 5,000,000 followers
Rising Star: minimum 1,000,000 followers
§6 USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees not to provide false information, not to infringe third-party rights, not to misuse the platform, and to comply with applicable laws.
§7 LIABILITY
The Operator is only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as other damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
§8 TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the membership with 14 days notice at the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
§9 CHANGES TO TERMS
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the User via email and are deemed accepted if no objection is raised within 14 days.
§10 FINAL PROVISIONS
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Place of jurisdiction is Meinersen, where legally permissible. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
